Sr. Vice President, MarketingIn April 2005, Bill joined Healthline as Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining Healthline, Bill served as Vice President of Marketing for Savicom, a pioneer in hosted, low-cost email campaign management technology, where he managed all aspects of corporate marketing, marketing communications and product management. From 1990 to 2002, Bill served as Executive VP, Marketing Services for SF Interactive, an interactive marketing services agency, as VP of Marketing for Netcentives, a loyalty marketing e-commerce company that acquired email service provider Post Communications, and as General Manager for Creative Media, an independent media planning and buying agency now owned by Omnicom. It was at Creative Media that Bill began his foray into interactive marketing, winning first-ever online media assignments from Netscape, CondeNet and Barnesandnoble.com in 1996. Bill gained a breadth of traditional advertising and marketing experience working on packaged goods assignments at Ketchum and Foote, Cone & Belding, and has also served in both advertising and product management roles at Microsoft and Atari. Bill holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Bill is married and the father of two sons. He resides with his wife Pamela in San Francisco, enjoys participating in triathlons, and vows that "next year" will be the one he swims from Alcatraz without a wetsuit.
