Janice VorfeldSenior Vice President of Product and Product Marketing
Janice Vorfeld brings over twenty years of experience in technology and healthcare to her role. Most recently she served as vice president of Client Success at Keas, a health and wellness technology company, where she was responsible for client solutions, implementation, retention and upsell to B2B clients ranging from Pfizer, Bechtel, and Delta Dental to Salesforce.
Prior to joining Healthline, Jan spent three years as vice president of eBusiness and Business Transformation at Blue Shield of California, where she oversaw the company's multiple portals and overhauled the end-to-end sales experience. Prior to that she spent over twelve years at Charles Schwab, where she held numerous roles including senior vice president of Web Product Development and vice president of operations for Electronic Brokerage, and ultimately revamped Schwab’s largest client offering, as senior vice president of marketing and general manager, Investor Segment.
Jan earned a BA in Business from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her favorite thing to do is climb Mount Tam in Mill Valley with her husband and two children.
